Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

All pieces on the site are made to order and ship within 7-14 business days via USPS (often faster depending on order volume). If for any reason your order takes longer to create, you will be notified as soon as possible.

All orders shipping to US addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority: $7.50 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100 (with $100 of insurance included). If you would like to add additional insurance or need your order ASAP, please contact alisha@alishalouise.com to discuss expedited shipping options. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves the studio.

USPS First Class International shipping is available at a flat rate of $12 to Canada, $16 for all other destinations. You will be contacted via email if your location requires extra postage fees for delivery. Shipping time ranges from 2-4 weeks, but can sometimes take even longer depending on location. Please note First Class International shipments are very difficult to track once they have left the studio. If you would like to request a trackable shipping method, please contact us directly to discuss your options. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local shipping office to inquire about customs or duties.

Alisha Louise Designs is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once an order leaves the studio. Please contact USPS to make a claim.

Returns & Exchanges:

All pieces on the website are made by hand in our Portland, OR studio at the time of your order. Pieces are inspected carefully to ensure quality before shipping. On the off-chance you receive damaged goods, please contact alisha@alishalouise.com right away so that we may send a replacement item. If you are not happy with your order for any other reason, we will gladly exchange your item for another piece on the website as long as it shows no sign of wear and is in its original condition. Please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Due to the custom nature of each order, we are only able to offer refunds for damaged, broken or incorrect items received. Thank you for your understanding.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless you are returning a damaged or broken item. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. Alisha Louise Designs is not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact us via email when you are ready to use your credit.
