Wholesale Terms
There is a generally a 3-5 week fulfillment on all wholesale orders. You will receive an email after your order is placed with a more specific timeline based on current order volume.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority with insurance unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A minimum opening order of 12-15 pieces is strongly suggested, but not required. Subsequent orders are not held to a purchase minimum. If you would like assistance putting together your order, I'm happy to help! Just email me.
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact alisha@alishalouise.com within 48 hours of placement. The subject line should read “Order Cancellation”.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship. Because all items are handmade to order, any cancellations of completed orders will be charged 30% of the order total.
