Should payment be required when exchanging an order, the customer will include a check for the difference with the returned item. Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and show no signs of wear. No credit card refunds will be issued. It is necessary to request return authorization before sending your returned merchandise. Please e-mail your request for return authorization, including the reason for return, to: TO: customerservice@alishalouise.com SUBJECT: Returns All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. Alisha Louise Designs will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are not refundable. All items are handmade and inspected for quality before shipping to ensure you receive a great product.
